Alert: We have received reports that bad actors are spoofing
the Bank’s general phone number, telling customers they are calling to confirm a
debit card purchase. The caller expects the answer to be, “no, that isn’t my
transaction”, at which point they will say they are referring this to the fraud
department and will attempt to collect your personal, bank account, and/or debit
card information. If you suspect this has happened to you, please notify the
Bank immediately so we can help you protect your accounts/cards. A reminder, the
Bank will not ask for your bank account or debit card numbers.
